The Settlement News List Server
A Settlement News List Server has been established to allow the public to
more easily obtain information about PEIS Settlement project activities. The Settlement
News List Server is an automated email list through which DOE can quickly release
pertinent information on the status of the Central Internet Database (CID), one
of the mandatory PEIS Settlement projects.
The notifications that DOE will provide through this list server may include instructions
about how to obtain current project documents or to view interim software products.
In some cases, documents or news bulletins may accompany the e-mail notification.
The Settlement News List Server is available by subscription only. DOE will not
and cannot put any person(s) on the list server without their specific request (directions
for subscribing can be found below). In addition, the Settlement News List Server
is read only. As a result, only DOE will be able to post messages to the list server
(you will also not be able to respond to messages). However, you can always feel
free to forward any comments that you may have to Mathew.Zenkowich@em.doe.gov.
To subscribe, send a message, from the email account to which you would like the
list server messages sent, to majordomo@listserv.em.doe.gov
with "subscribe settlement_news email@address" (no quotes and your email
address in place of "email@address") in the body of the message. You will receive
a confirmation message shortly.
To unsubscribe, send a message, from the email account to which you would no longer
like the list server messages to be sent, to
majordomo@listserv.em.doe.gov with "unsubscribe settlement_news email@address"
(no quotes and your email address in place of "email@address") in the body of the
message. You will receive a confirmation message shortly.
