V. Site Summaries for Selected Facilities Not on the NPL (By State)
This section of the annual report to Congress provides descriptions of selected
DOE facilities not on the NPL. The level of CERCLA funding allocated to these
sites drives their selection for presentation in this section. This section is
not required by CERCLA 120(e)(5); it is provided for public information. The
information provided includes background summary information, environmental
conditions, and funding information. Figure I-1
presents the geographic location of the sites subject to Section 120 of CERCLA,
including the sites highlighted in this section.
