The Environmental Management Advisory Board (EMAB) provides the Assistant Secretary
for Environmental Management (EM) with information, advice, and recommendations concerning issues
affecting the EM program. The Board is chartered under the Federal Advisory Committee Act  .
EMAB is currently accepting applications for new members, and specifically those with expertise in project management, acquisitions management, human capital management, environmental management and engineering,
or other related fields. Applicants’ expertise may be drawn from service in the private sector, academia, research institutions, or professional organizations. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please
