LCAM Order is being developed to provide requirements for the
management of physical assets from acquisition through operations and
disposition. The LCAM Order and the associated guides are available at the
Explorer Site
 in the Series 400 documents.
Policy on Decommissioning DOE Facilities Under CERCLA

This policy is the result of a joint effort by EPA and DOE to
develop an approach to decommissioning that ensures protection of worker and
public health and the environment, that is consistent with CERCLA, that
provides for stakeholder involvement, and that achieves risk reduction without
unnecessary delay.
DOE-STD-1120-98 Integration of Safety and Health into Facility Disposition
Activities
EH D&D S&H Project team members from the Offices of Facility Safety
Analyses (EH-32) and Field Support (EH-53) have proposed a
technical standard for the integration of safety and health into
facility disposition activities.
